Are you working in entrepreneurship support and need an expert to design the content?

I design high-quality training initiatives and training content for SMEs, early-stage startups and entrepreneurial employees. For 2,5 years, I did this in my role as a Business Developer at Y4 Works, the Finnish consulting agency reforming employment and growth services in partnership with the public sector. I’m motivated by the societal importance job creation can have and I’m open to similar opportunities specifically in the African context.

A few initiatives I have had the honor to play a crucial part in designing and implementing include:

• BOOST UP startup training and incubation program for early-stage startups in southern Africa

• SAIS 2 Connected Hubs, a network for hubs in southern Africa

• Helsinki Think Company coworking space and ideation stage entrepreneurship support within the University of Helsinki’s Medical Faculty (Meilahti coworking space)

Facilitator of co-creation

Are you developing a new service or product? Is your company pivoting to tackle the changes in a market?

As a facilitator of co-creative workshops, I apply Design Thinking and Lean Startup methods of rapid conceptualization and user-centric design.

Thanks to my background as a teacher and a trainer of startups, I skillfully create an encouraging environment for ideation and creative problem-solving. My workshops are highly focused, productive and entertaining. Companies like Turipamwe appreciated my tailored workshops that supported them in their pivot, and the re-definition of their mission.

A great workshop requires a narrow problem or topic with clearly set goals. With the high-speed process and clear structure, a lot can be achieved in a limited time. I tailor the workshops to fit a variety of demands and I use proven open source tools such as Lean Service Creation as well as develop my own proprietary materials.

Are you looking for a creative and multidisciplinary writer for a study or report?

I freelance in consulting projects as a young expert in entrepreneurship and innovation support.

I am particularly interested in working on studies, reports and manuals that aim to track a rising phenomena that carries societal importance - especially in Africa. The rise of technology, gender inclusivity or the rise of the middle class are examples of the topics I get excited about.
